Heart Bag

And here is the completed bag - I made the basic shape from felt and then using an old curtain found in a charity shop, made coils of wrapped fabric with different wool yarns. The handle is made out of felt which I hand-felted, one side red and the other white. I then cut circles out of the felt and stitched them back in the other way round to make the contrasting spots. It was quite a labour intensive piece but I was happy with the end result. I lined the bag with the original curtain fabric.
