I had not been to the allotment for a few weeks so it was wonderful to be greeted by this bounty when I did get there yesterday.

Oh wow! is this somewhere you go to grow your own stuff? We don't have "allotments" here - so I'm a bit unsure about how it works. And we also don't grow many berries except strawberries in Queensland - are these red currants?
We picked lots of red currants the other day had to eat them with loads of sugar!
