1965

watercolour on cardboard by Annie White 1965

My Mum, Annie kept a scrapbook of photographs, cuttings, paintings and drawings until I was 5 years old. It is a really special book which documents the early 60s and is full of wonderful pictures and her beautiful artwork.

Oh wow, I'd love to see more of this. That is such a cool thing to have from your mum. My mum used to sing and play guitar and I've got her old music scrapbook with handwritten music to songs like 'Puff the Magic Dragon', 'Down by the River', 'Streets of London' and a whole heap of beautiful sixties folk songs...I love it soooo much!

You are so lucky to have the scrapbook, it looks like your mother was very talented - passed her love for creating onto you too.
