There was a beautiful light walking home through the snow, past the cemetery last week. It reminded me of watching Werner Herzog's Nosferatu.Werner Herzog was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement award at BBC4's world cinema awards recently. There was a short season of his films on BBC4 including Nosferatu and the magical Enigma of Kasper Hauser.

This doesn't look real, a mysterious, haunting dreamscape, the tombstones like buildings and churches on a cold winter night when everything is in suspense. Beautiful.

Here in Gothenburg it´s a little bite snow, just very very little, it soon turn into springtime, you can hear the birds and the sun is shinning a little bite higher these days.

Herzog and Klaus Kinski were supposed to have loathed each other, both very difficult and talentedpeople, I'm sure.
