Handmade & Bound
This time last year I was a visitor to this delightful book fair, with promises of more information about some of the things I saw there. This year I will be taking part. I have been busy working on my MA this year, hence the silence here. I am looking forward to returning to blogging to share some of my creative adventures soon. The fair is on Sunday 18th November. More details can be found on the Handmade & Bound website.

There is a new group on flickr called desk thursday. I like this group. It has motivated me to tidy my desk. After all that tidying, it must be time for coffee and a look at this lovely book from my local library, Being Human, published by Thames & Hudson. Enigmatic photographs of people by unknown photographers.

Close-up
There is a great film library in Brick Lane called Close-Up. I wish we had somewhere like this in our neighbourhood. I am very happy that BBC4 have started doing a World cinema slot on Wednesdays at 10pm. There are so many films from all over the world that I haven't seen and all those tv channels showing the same tedious selections over and over again. I still love going to the cinema most of all.
